C. Track Record and History

CASE STUDIES
2000-2016 The Formula for Project Professionals™ was deployed in the 90’s and 2000’s by

a) Defence/Lockheed Martin Aerospace,

b) Canadian Security Information Service (CSIS), and

c) The brokerage industry.  A management consulting firm CEO experimented with a Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) recognized, self-funding patented blockchain, Microsoft Artificial Intelligence financial expert system, which as of 2016, tracks $5 trillion in investment assets. The system acts as a watchdog, creating awareness, education and self-enforcement. The watchdog polices fraud, automatically initiating self-correcting behavior, resulting in profit, in support of Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) goals.

d) 2000-2012 list to be added

e) In 2013, to manage Maple Leaf Foods $1 billion PMO, including their SAP implementation, leading to Six Sigma SIPOC application to MS Project overcoming the multi-project linking dilemma.

f) In 2015 when Microsoft relaunched their cloud offering Office 365 Skype for Business across Canada, leading to discovery of the one key hidden action telco companies need to know to advance expected corporate sales.

g) In 2015 for a telco transformation from a cable firm into an internet firm unveiling the key to unlocking productivity with vendors like BestBuy.

h) In 2015, to launch a telco Internet of Things (IoT) security offering, revealing a forgotten technique which causes rapid training and Intellectual Property development for IoT firms.

2017- h) A proposed $1.3 trillion ROI project for the Canadian government as a PMO for the PMO (Project Management Office for the Prime Minister Office) integrating all federal Minister authorization letters to accelerate and lower cost of execution of federal priorities, with a kick off project involving clean energy.

i) CEO succession for a power firm.  The Formula was deployed as Enterprise Risk Management through a lens of contract management analysis with Microsoft Project Standard Operating Systems (SOP) mitigation.

The Formula for Project Professionals™ was piloted in 2016 through the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Microsoft Project Users Group (PMUG) as an advanced lecture presentation series, and facilitation practice.
